     If you are experiencing difficult emotions due to illness or chronic pain which often includes trauma and grief, I'd love to help you. I have many years of experience providing a safe space for people of all walks of life with tragic losses in health, life, and love. Together, we will find solutions to lessen your anguish.

     I am a Doctor of Behavioral Health and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Supervisor in the States of Ohio and Kentucky providing non-judgmental, skillful counseling. I was a patient advocate before obtaining a masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northern Kentucky University, and became a Doctor of Behavioral Health in integrated physical and behavioral health from Arizona State University in 2015.

      Designated a National Certified Counselor since 2013, I am a person-centered, strengths-based, multiculturally competent counselor with an existential philosophy. I utilize evidence-based, neuroscience mind and body modalities, like EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing), PRT (Pain Reprocessing Therapy), Somatic Tracking, and hold certifications in effective interventions for Chronic Pain, Illness, Depression, Grief, Anxiety, and Trauma.

 

     If you are looking for relief from emotional and physical pain, you will find I am an empathetic and experienced counselor who has dedicated my life to helping others. I welcome an opportunity to help you feel more like yourself, where you will find hope and true healing!
